Hi I'm Kyle, I'm renting out the ground floor unit of my duplex. This unit has all hardwood floors with south facing windows. Amenities include a dishwasher, shared laundry, large storage room, large kitchen, central heating, garage spot for a medium sized vehicle, shared yard, and a front porch. One of the bedrooms is large, while the other 2 are small. The bathroom has a large jacuzzi style tub. Tenant utilities include electricity and gas, with an option to split internet. I pay sewer/water/trash. Application fee would be $50 per person on the lease. This fee is for background/eviction checks. I am willing to work with people who don't have a clean record, depending on what it is. I also require income verification. I will be repainting at least the purple and teal rooms and am open to repainting the other rooms if the colors aren't to your liking.
