Pool heat and hot tub usage are available upon request for $35 per day, with a week's notice required. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Indoor parking is unavailable as the garage is converted into a game room. Nestled in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community offering first-class amenities. The property is just a short walk to the clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. Located off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the resort is just eight miles from Disney World and other famous Orlando attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is self-catering, with initial supplies provided, but not refilled during your stay. A Ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy. The resort may have ongoing construction, but amenities are fully open. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property. A laptop computer is not included, but the property offers a comfortable environment for remote work with Wi-Fi access throughout the home.
