Renter is responsible for the electric and gas which is PG&E for gas and Roseville electric. Water sewer trash and parking are included . On site laundry is coin operated. Property manager lives on site and is available at all times and owner frequently visits the property so it is very safe. It's a small 16 unit complex with no smoking in or on the property. Public transportation is easily available. We have long term tenants so it is a very quiet complex with few openings. We do offer month to month leases
