     Management

    The landlord (owner) is amazing, friendly, cooperative and just an overall down-to-earth good guy. I have only corresponded with the manager via email and one phone call. He has been nothing but accommodating, courteous and professional.

     Property

    My daughter is about to rent a 1 BR apartment. This place is amazing! Not only is it really close to her school she will attend, it's in a really nice part of town, she has a designated parking space, laundry access, weight room, in-house building manager and a 24-hour front desk attendant (who acted more like a doorman while we were there). I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex.
