We are a family-owned business and we respond directly to your requests and concerns. There is plentiful on-street parking as well as a shared driveway space.
Available May 1, 2025 for lease running through July 31, 2026. Rent will be $1800 per month starting in August 2025, but until then, rent is only $1550 through a sublease from the current tenant. There is an additional $45 monthly utility fee to cover water & sewer. Tenant pays own gas & electric. Security deposit of one month's rent is due when you sign the lease. We offer the convenience of online rent payment--set it and forget about it!
