Additionally, bedroom dimensions are 9'2"x9'2" and 9'2"x9'9". Available as soon as 11/20/2025 for a 12-month lease. W/S/G is included in the rent, tenants are responcible for electricity and internet. Both cats and dogs are welcome! An additional monthly pet rent charge of $20 per cat and $30 per dog will apply. Per HOA rules, no more than two pets in total are allowed. Pet Screening is required by all applicants, there is a $25 pet screening fee per pet/year. There is no fee for non-pet applicants or applicants who have an ESA or service animal. The first month's rent and refundable security deposit are due before move-in. A holding deposit of 25% of one month's rent will be collected upon approval and will be applied to the security deposit at lease signing. $35 resident benefit package included in advertised rent price.
