Just off the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with essentials to create your favorite meals. The bar features four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying meals. Off the living room and kitchen area, two sets of double doors lead to an outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill. The home has four beds: a King bedroom with a closet, dresser, and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a Queen-size bed and nearby bathroom, and an upstairs shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Interested in experiencing the nature of the Ozarks? No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
