Guests can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks, and enjoy grocery delivery and in-home chef services. Babysitting services can also be arranged. Beach gear rentals are available with a $35 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights, which can be used for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The maximum number of cars allowed is three, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community.
