The building is located in a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood right over the Portland/Westbrook city lines. Quick commute into Portland and walkable/bike-able to downtown Westbrook. Our previous tenants liked the neighborhood so much, they ended up buying a house nearby! Some more information on the rental: -Heat and hot water is included. -Tenant pays for electricity and wifi. -Owner takes care of snow removal and lawn care (tenant just shovels own entrance). -Washer and dryer are provided in unit. -Private entrance at back of building. -Shared access to fenced backyard. -Additional storage space available in garage. -Off street parking for up to 2 cars in driveway (plenty of on street parking, as well). -Dogs and cats welcome with $250 pet deposit.
