The building is located in a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood right over the Portland/Westbrook city lines. Quick commute into Portland and walkable/bike-able to downtown Westbrook. Our previous tenants liked the neighborhood so much, they ended up buying a house nearby!

We are a couple in our 30s who recently purchased the property in order to provide good housing for ourselves and our tenants.
