The apartment also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, luxury vinyl flooring, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, an iron, extra linens, and a washer and dryer. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per stay. Hernando Beach is a quiet, scenic coastal area with restaurants, parks, and charming waterfront views. Nearby attractions include Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Pine Island Beach Park, Bayport Park, Da Freaky Tiki, local restaurants, and the Nature Coast Botanical Gardens. A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie must be provided prior to arrival. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. If unauthorized pets are brought, a penalty of $400 per pet will be charged and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund may occur.
