The apartment also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, luxury vinyl flooring, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a hair dryer, an iron, extra linens, and a washer and dryer.

A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches.
A digital rental agreement must be signed and a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie must be provided prior to arrival. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. If unauthorized pets are brought, a penalty of $400 per pet will be charged and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund may occur.
