Max tenants allowed is 2. The unit has a nice outdoor patio area with views of the Hollywood Hills & Downtown Skyline. Property is gated and has a laundry room on the property. There are only 3 units total with a house in the front and 2 units in the back of the property. The entire street has new buildings but this property has remained original. Small pet is ok. We have a walk-thru-video available to text over before we meet. This will give you a good visual of what the place looks like. You would need to qualify based upon our criteria and financial qualifications. What does that mean ?? Steady income and job. A person who has taken care of their credit and is responsible.
