     Property

    Everything was great for the most part. It could have been cleaned a little more before it was ready for viewing such as a few scuffs on the walls, a dirty shower and things like that. The property itself is really nice though and is one of the better looking places I've seen especially for the price. It is small but definitely not as small as I was expecting it to be. All wood floors that aren't extremely beat up, modern lighting fixtures in the front room and kitchen area, larger than expected closet, and a shelf above the small kitchen area. (for such a small space I like that they put something to hold dishes. I was fully expecting to take care of all storage area concerns so it was just a small thing that was nice to see in my opinion.) I really liked it and always enjoy the option of doing a self guided tour of the place which is what they had.

     Management

    I assume it was an automated system that I set up a showing with but it was super simple and convenient to schedule a time. The property managment company was very kind when I reached out to them for more information and extremely helpful. Everything was great.
