With two king-size beds, a bunk bed, and two twin beds, there's ample space for families or groups. Enjoy refreshing dips in your private swimming pool after a day of exploring Orlando's famous attractions. With 3 bathrooms, your group can unwind without any hassle. Step into a beautifully designed villa that feels like home! The spacious living area invites you to relax after a long day, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. With two king-size beds, a bunk bed for the kids, and two twin beds, everyone will have a cozy spot to recharge. Enjoy the convenience of three bathrooms, ensuring comfort for all guests. The highlight? A stunning private swimming pool where you can soak up the Florida sun! Our grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. While the use of the pool and spa itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact our customer agents after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Located in the peaceful Calabay Parc, you'll find yourself just minutes away from Orlando's top attractions, including theme parks, shopping, and dining options. This family-friendly neighborhood boasts lush landscapes and friendly neighbors, perfect for evening strolls. Explore local eateries and shops, or head to nearby attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios for unforgettable adventures. Experience the best of both relaxation and excitement in this ideal location! Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
