Please do not disturb the tenants but you are welcome to take a look at the building, and the location of the unit even before we start showing it. We already have many completed applications so if you are not looking to take it as of 8/1 please don't bother filling out an application, I wouldn't want you to spend the money when it will be rented for the 1st.
