YARD SPACE: On one side, the cottage has a rock garden area that is great for gardening or a hammock, and the other side of the cottage shares a small yard with neighboring cottage C. MANAGEMENT: The property manager is always accessible by phone and lives in East Olympia, a little under 20 minutes away. MAINTENANCE: A landscaper keeps the the lawn and shrubbery around the property and surrounding properties bordering the Cottage well-maintained. The property manager has a wonderful on-call repairman who is easy to reach for quick fixes and any issues that arise. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Credit check - Must disclose prior criminal convictions - Preferably 2 prior landlord contacts - 2 current/recent/consecutive paystubs - 1 family reference or emergency contact Proof of renters insurance will be required at signing. LEASE TERMS: Owner Pays for W/S/G and electricity. Tenant responsible for WiFi. Shared laundry facility. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. 1-year lease term. Renters insurance required.
