A one-month rental deposit and a 1-year leasing agreement are required. We prefer long-term rentals, but short-term rentals are also welcome. Pets are welcome with a deposit fee. This is a quiet neighborhood, and excessively loud gatherings are not tolerated. Upon non-renewal of the contract, we require the property to be cleaned and all furnished furniture and appliances to be in good condition, as they were at move-in. We require a three-business-day inspection period after move-out to verify the property's condition before returning the deposit.
