There is no property closer to UVA's central grounds, 33 University Circle is one block from Rugby Road, and a short walk to the Corner. This apartment occupies all of the second and third floor of the building, with large rooms, big windows, wood floors, plaster walls and high ceilings. On and off street parking available. University Circle is pretty, quiet, one way street. Large back yard, laundry on site. More pictures coming-- the kitchen got new cabinets and I have to take photos and add them. LEASE TERM: one year PARKING: On street parking by permit issued by City Hall for $25 annual fee. Some off-street parking is available. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for electric and internet services. Water, sewer and gas (for hot water and radiator heat), provided by City of Charlottesville, are billed to the Landlord; tenant pays a flat monthly fee to pay these bills. At lease end, Landlord calculates the actual cost of these utilities and either refunds monies that were not spent or collects from the tenant if the bills exceed what the tenant paid through the lease term.
