This apartment offers private off-street parking for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Early check-in is available for $25 for 1 hour (3PM check-in) or $50 for 2 hours (2PM check-in). Late check-out is available for $25 for 1 hour (11AM check-out) or $50 for 2 hours (12PM check-out).

Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300.
