Hilltop Haven is available for stays of 30 days or more and you'll have a top-floor view of the valley all to yourself!
The condo has 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The full kitchen has a refrigerator with ice-maker, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster; ample dishes and silverware provided. Hilltop Haven is an efficiency space, that has been fully renovated with top of the line finishes.
Downtown is an easy 8 minutes, Ski Mountain is 4 minutes. Free Bus stops within 8 minute walk of the property. The Guest Guide has more details for your stay!
All utilities are included, as well as Netflix and fast Wi-fi, and there is free parking in the upper and lower lots. Laundry is shared in the building. There is a portable a/c unit for spring, summer and fall. I will provide a lease to sign and there is a fully refundable Security Deposit of $600. Cleaning fee is $125.
NO pets or smoking of any kind in the unit. The HOA does not allow any pets.
