Living room and bedroom have the original wood floors. Double pane windows and highly insulated provide a very quiet space. 2 AC units provided as well as window coverings. A 1 year lease is required. Rent is $1175/month includes heat, water, trash and sewer costs. Tenant pays internet and electric use (typically 50-60/month. To move in, you will need first month, last month and security deposit of 1 month's rent. NOTE: The first month's rent will be prorated per move in date @ $38/day. The last month's rent can be paid over the 1st year lease/prorated. We have a garage available at the back of the apartment for $150/month. We accept cats for extra pet fee. No dogs at this time.
