One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets, with a 25 lbs restriction. Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, allowing you to park on any street or city parking lot. Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk, paved with bricks, features bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available upon request. The public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
