He was on time. Friendly personality. He gave us a nice background on the unit. I did ask about the water damage on the floor in the kitchen, but he chalked it up to the glue coming apart.

Property

On a nice block. Dryer and AC included. Washer broke. Won't be replaced. I noticed some water damage on the floor in the kitchen. Landlord didn't know anything about it and said, "The floor is glued down and it was just coming off..." Overall, it's a decent sized apartment if you're single. $950 is a little much for what you're getting.
