SEASONAL RENTAL (fall/winter/spring Oct-May and summer June-Sept)
Small and charming 2 bedroom detached cottage in Bluffton Neighborhood, totally remodeled, fully furnished, laundry, dishwasher, A/C, private patio, views of Muskegon Lake, off-street parking . Safe highly sought after location. Walk to Lake Michigan Beach and Muskegon Lake.
Also, please understand that this is a furnished rental and there is no room for bringing in any other furniture etc. This is a SEASONAL rental and you must vacate the premises by end of May for Fall/Winter/Spring period and if renting for the summer vacate by Sept 30 unless renting through the fall/winter/spring. If you cannot afford the rent + utilities, or cannot maintain your portion of the property please do not apply. The property must be cared for and maintained in top condition on an ongoing basis. I am looking for a high quality tenant with an excellent rental history, who pays rent and utilities on time and takes care of the property as required. Tenant pays all utilities (gas, elect, water/sewer). No smoking, Landlord cuts grass but Tenant must help maintain other landscape features keep yard clean. water grass/plants, keep yard tidy. Winter: Tenant shares snowplow costs with other tenants as necessary.
