You will never hear your neighbors. The paved parking lot will never leave you in the mud, each unit has two parking spots right in front with a dedicated head bolt outlet. Great walking, biking, and skiing trails right out your back door. During the summer the Farmers Market is just a quick walk East down the College Road. To the West within a five minute walk are some restaurants, Hot Licks Ice Cream, and a gas station/convenience store. Owner pays for water/sewer/trash and plowing. Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet. Electric costs include heat, hot water, lights, range, vehicle plug in, etc. No pets...period.
