The home is equipped with two wet bars, wireless internet, an elevator, a book library, a screened porch, a boardwalk to the beach, and two outside showers with dressing areas. The luxury linen package includes pre-made beds, sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels. Guests can enjoy a temporary club membership for $200 a day, granting access to the community's two pools at the Beach Club, dining, and tennis facilities. The maximum number of cars allowed is seven, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Additionally, guests receive a $50 daily credit towards beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Situated in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, Maison Blanche offers easy access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. The community is conveniently located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing a delightful year-round climate and a taste of the finest Lowcountry lifestyle. This property adheres to a strict no-smoking and no-pet policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The garage is not accessible to guests. Check-in is on Fridays during the summer season. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community, up to the maximum number of bedrooms in the property.
