Major employers such as Gulfstream and Hyundai are also within close reach, making this an ideal spot for all travelers. Enjoy community amenities such as a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, a kids playground, walking trails, and a beautiful lake. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided, and it is your responsibility to refill them for yourself if you run out.
