The unit also includes vaulted ceilings with exposed ducting, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and patio barbeque. All utilities (excluding electric/gas) are included in the rental price and include: internet, water/sewer, and trash/recycling. Electric/gas utility can be transferred on move-in date or billed as an additional cost at the end of each month (estimated cost of $40 - $80 per month). Amenities and inclusions: dishware, utensils, pots & pans, and many other inclusions. Rental lease length can be 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month with discounts added for 12-month leases (~10%). Please reach out if you have any questions! Owner pays for internet, water, sewer, recycling, garbage, & parking. Renter is responsible for gas and electric (can either be transferred on move-in or billed additionally / separate from monthly lease). Typical gas & electric bills range between $50 - $75 per month. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed. Renter is expected to maintain good housekeeping. Any damage by renter to property will be paid by the renter. HVAC unit filter needs changed 1-3 months depending on use - owner can change filter for renter if needed.
