It is a 2022-built Condo/home in the most desired area of Meadows at Quick Ranch. Close to all major highways, companies, and options for shopping. Move in ready by February 2026. The first floor features a living room & dining room with vinyl plank flooring, along with an open-concept kitchen and an ample amount of windows. There is a nice backyard with a patio to enjoy facing the lake. The absence of neighbors in the back allows for some privacy. The house also features a 2-car garage with additional street parking.
