Located in the heart of Downtown Charleston on the corner of East Bay Street and Vendue Range, you have direct access to scenic Waterfront Park and iconic historic sites such as Rainbow Row, the Battery, Charleston City Market, and loads of shopping on King Street. Located just steps away from some of Charleston's most highly acclaimed restaurants such as Magnolias and S.N.O.B, this condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer!
This condo features a security gate, intercom entry system and elevator access. Enter through the front door into the open living room and kitchen space. The large window overlooks Vendue Range and is a great spot for people watching! In the living room you will find a comfortable couch, chair, and a Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room and features stainless steel appliances, cooking and dining essentials, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four!
Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable featuring the same hardwood floors as seen throughout the condo, a large window to let in loads of natural light, and a luxurious King size bed. The master bedroom features a private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The secondary bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the second bedroom providing easy access for any guests!
One parking space is provided with this unit and is located about two blocks away. Please note the washer and dryer are located on site, but are not located in the unit. Unfortunately no pets are allowed!
In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.

The Neighborhood: French Quarter
