This apartment has two floors: the first level is comprised of a bedroom with two full sized beds (no closet) and a 3/4 bathroom. The second level has an open concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (with stacked W/D). The bedroom on the second level has a king sized bed, and there is an additional 3/4 bathroom.
The monthly rental rate includes ALL utilities and snow removal. No pets, no smoking/vaping. Linens are not included.
*There is an attached unit next door that has it's own driveway/entrance and is occupied.
