The home is located off of Boyd's Creek Hwy convenient to Sevier and Knox counties. Features custom cabinets, vinyl LifeProof flooring, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash with an open floorplan for great entertaining. We welcome 2 pets per home. We do not have a weight restriction although we do have an aggressive breed restriction. The pet fee is $250 (non-refundable) and there is a pet deposit (refundable) of $250 per pet. The last month's rent is due at move in although I can take the last month's rent in 10 monthly payments starting the month after you move in.
