The apartment is furnished with a sofa, a TV table, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and an extra leaf to accommodate eight, a sideboard, rugs, a small dresser, a king-sized bed frame, and additional small items (all as shown in the photos). We (upstairs) are quiet adults, and the layout of the two units means there is minimal noise transmission across units.

We handle all the yard care/snow shoveling, and have a plowing contract with a highly reliable, local company that ensures you can always get out of the driveway and off to work on time. We clean the areas shared between the two units (the hallway and stairs).
Due to my allergies, we kindly request a chemical- and fragrance-free environment (no air fresheners, scented candles, intense perfumes, or strong hair chemicals). We'll supply fragrance-free laundry soap, dryer balls, and cleaning supplies for your first three months to help cover any costs associated with making that transition.
The apartment requires a one-year lease and does not permit sub-leasing or adding new renters without prior approval. The $40 application fee (applicable toward your first month's rent) covers a background and credit check, including your income-to-rent ratio.
