These lower level units were built in 2015 with two bedrooms and approximately 1,000 sq. ft. All ceramic tile throughout except in the bedrooms where there is carpet. A washer and dryer are provided in each unit. Also an attached two-stall garage which is shared with another unit. We have a no pet, no smoking policy. A Background/credit check are required with a $35 fee. Utilities are the tenants responsibility. Snow removal, lawn care, and softener salt are provided. Owner pays lawn care, snow removal, and water softener salt. Tenant pays all other utilities. No smoking and no pet policy. A maximum of two cars allowed.
