Parking is available on the street and is free from 11pm to 7am. Numerous parking sites are available from $80.00 to $150.00 per month. Cats are $75 per month. No Dogs allowed. 1 year lease. Tenant pays electric, Technology fee of $75.00 per month which covers Spectrum 1 gig internet and into TV package
