The historic Martens Apartments were built in 1898 by Herman E. Martens. In the early 1990 s the building was completely renovated. The units have a combination of hardwood and vinyl flooring, gourmet kitchens with stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and maple butcher-block counters. Units have their own independent electric heat pumps for heating/cooling, electric water heater and 100 amp electric service. Technology fee of $75.00 per month provides 1 gig internet abs base to package thru Spectrum. Tenant pay their own electric and water and trash removal is provided. Parking is available on the street or pay lot from $65 to $150 per month. Cats are $75 per month, No Dogs allowed
