The historic Martens Apartments were built in 1898 by Herman E. Martens. In the early 1990's the building was completely renovated. The units have a combination of hardwoods and vinyl flooring, gourmet kitchens with stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, disposal and maple butcher-block counters. Units have their own independent electric heat pumps for heating/cooling, electric water heater and 100-amp electric service. Spectrum cable and 1 gig speed internet is available in the Technolgy package which is $75.00 per month. Tenants pay their own electric. Water and trash removal is provided. Parking is available on the street and is free from 11pm to 7am. Numerous parking sites are available from $80.00 to $150.00 per month.
Cats are $75 per month. No Dogs allowed.
