Tenant shall not, without written permission, sublet, conduct a business of any kind on the premises, possess or trade in illegal drugs, affix a lock or permanent hardware to the premises, store any additional large appliances, install aerials, install satellite dishes, throw or hang anything out of the windows, use common areas for storage, apply paint, wallpaper, or contact paper.
