     Property

    Tiny. Like too small for a mattress and couch to be in there at the same time. It also needed to be painted but the woman showing it said it would be painted before move-in. Another thing was it seemed very easy to break into given the unsecured windows and flimsy door. Not a bad place given the location but still not objectively good.

     Management

    Her phone was constantly ringing but she answered our questions inbetween calls
