I'm wrapping up my lease a bit early and am looking for someone to take over the remaining term. This is a lease transfer rather than a sublet, so you would be signing a new lease directly with the landlord. The lease term runs from February 1st through June 30th, with the option to continue month to month after June if you'd like to stay longer. I've genuinely loved living here, but I need to relocate for work. I currently live in the unit and am local, so I am happy to coordinate in person or video showings and answer any questions. The apartment is a first floor garden unit with lots of north facing natural light, which keeps the space bright while staying comfortably cool. Rent is $2,175 per month. One month's rent is required as a security deposit. Water is included, while internet and hydro are paid by the tenant.The building has shared laundry on the same floor. Most units have in suite laundry, so there is typically little to no wait. Non reserved off street parking is available. Pets are allowed, including large dogs.
