Property
It is incredibly small, which I can deal with but it's $900/mo for almost nothing. The fridge handles were broken (it's a mini fridge) and the entire place smells of water damage. It's carpeted so not easy to out the smell. I was told I could view the place at 9am, just to come get the key. I was there at 845 and waited until almost 930 before the agent arrived. She was friendly but not timely. Upon returning the key I had to wait another 20 minutes because she had left. I was going to apply regardless of the water damage but have decided I probably will not b/c of the high rent, water damage and I'm not sure that the agent would actually be available to pay rent.
