Some decor and art can be removed to suit your preferences. Lease Terms Strict no indoor smoking policy (includes vaping). Animals permitted with additional $500 (non refundable) security deposit, breed restrictions apply. Move-in requires first/last rent and security deposit. Water is included in rent, all other utilities to be paid by tenant. Renter's Requirements: -$2000 security deposit -Deposit amount is required to be paid in full prior to move-in. -Proof of active renter's insurance is required. -Photos are up to date All applicants must view our property to satisfy themselves as to the neighborhood, condition, layout, and other details that applicant may deem important. One year lease at $2000/monthly, strong credit score, steady monthly income, move in security deposit $2000, pet deposit $500 Strict no indoor smoking policy (includes vaping). Dogs are allowed with additional $500 deposit, with breed + size restrictions. Move-in requires first/last rent and security deposit. Water is included in rent. Renter to pay all other utilities.
