While the kitchen may not be fully equipped like your home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware for simple meals. An additional air mattress may be available upon request for parties greater than 10 people, with an additional charge. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night's stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
