This is a break lease situation. Current lease is until 6/30/2025. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit available on the Second Floor that is coming soon! Updated Kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed All updated LED lighting Updated vinyl windows and slider Updated paint and hard surface floors throughout the apartment Next to Trader Joes and across from a large park The unit comes with 1 covered parking spot and a storage closet Wall AC located in the living room Coin Op laundry on site Management takes care of all lawn care and snow removal Rent $1,200.00 (Includes W/S/G) Deposit $1,200.00 NO Pets Initial lease is through 6/30/2025. 12 month lease to follow. KWI, LLC requires an applicant to view the property via a showing before we will accept an application. Once we have an approved application and the Security Deposit has been paid at our office, we will be able to complete needed maintenance and cleaning. Once our vendors have finished, we can then schedule a lease signing. First month's rent will be due at lease signing. The Security Deposit starts at $1,200.00 depending on approval. Upon approval, the Security Deposit is due at our office in Post Falls via Cashier's Check or Money Order within 24 hours of our phone call. Once your Security Deposit is paid, we will schedule your lease signing within 7 days of approval. At lease signing, prorated rent for the month would be due. Landlord will not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report.
