Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay.
The location could not be more perfect. There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The apartment is less than a minute walk to Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium and less than 1 mile to the downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus. It's also less than 1 mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. The apartment has easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300.
