Cleaning after checkout. There are bloom, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc. in the back stairs you can use. Please put them back when finished so others can use them. FOR SNOW DURING WINTER: Each tenant is responsible for shoveling snow to get out of parking space and driveway for their own car.
