This is as good as it could be. It looks like a really nice place, albeit small. The master is not tiny, the guest is. The living room and kitchen will be good places for someone to entertain a small number or eat themselves. There's a small "garage" type area with shelving if you're handy or have tools, and that is where the washer-dryer hookup is. They have an extra fridge it sounds like they're willing to leave and he told me they would be willing to put a small fence up to finish up the backyard. It's really clean looking inside and recently renovated. He said it's been recently sprayed and will be sprayed quarterly. It looks nice! Ready just a bit before my move-in date unfortunately, but it will make a lovely first home or college home for someone else.
