     Property

    I would rate this less than one star if I could. Apartment wasn’t in liveable condition. The unit smelled strongly of cat urine and the description on Zillow is inaccurate. I wouldn’t consider it a “2 bedroom multi family home” as it looks like it could barely house one person comfortably. I am dumbfounded that this place is on the market and not condemned.

     Management

    The person I was communicating with cancelled 2 times before we even saw the unit. He also failed to inform us beforehand that he wasn’t going to be the one showing us the rental. The one who ended up giving us a tour did not speak English, so if we did have questions, he could not answer them. Also, had no idea that there was another tour happening at the time we were viewing the apartment, which again shows how poor the communication was.

     Management

    The person I was texting to set up a tour cancelled 2 times before we saw the unit. He also failed to inform us that he wouldn’t actually be the one showing us the apartment. The person who ended up giving us the tour didn’t speak English, so if we did have any questions he would’nt have been able to answer them. Lastly, there was another tour going on at the time of ours that we didn’t know about, which again shows just how little effort and communication was made.
