Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fine of $100 per month. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fines. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM-8 AM. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund.
