Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fine of $100 per month. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fines. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM-8 AM. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. Always report any damage or accidents promptly for a potential full security deposit return.
