A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Only a couple minutes drive to USA Health Children's and Women's Hospital and Tricentennial Park. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are prohibited, and other events are permitted only with prior approval.
