Off the kitchen is the laundry area and a bathroom with access to the hot tub. Behind the fireplace wall near the front entrance, there is a relaxing living room with a sliding door view from the outside. One large bedroom is on the main level near the staircase with two queen beds and two double beds, and the two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs.
A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are prohibited, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities.
