Located in a quiet residential area, this home has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can host up to 18 guests. Highlights include inlaid lighting, oak cabinets, a decorative fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. The finished kitchen and dining area are fully equipped. Off the kitchen is the laundry area and a bathroom with access to the hot tub. There is a relaxing living room with a sliding door view from the outside. One large bedroom is on the main level near the staircase with two queen beds and two double beds, and the two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The seasonal pool is closed and will reopen in the Summer of 2026. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. This home is located in a residential area in midtown with easy access to major highways, interstates, and supermarkets. It's only a couple minutes drive to USA Health Children's & Women's Hospital and Tricentennial Park. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
