Cookware, dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and glasses are also provided. Garage parking is available for 2 standard-size vehicles, accessible from the inside, and motorcycles are allowed. Early check-in and late checkout are available for $35 for 1 hour or $49 for 2 hours, based on availability. An optional cleaning reset for extended stays is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, for $15 per night for 1 pet or $25 per night for 2 pets, capped at $195 and $295 per stay, respectively. A one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets. Located in a lively neighborhood, this townhouse is minutes from Uptown Charlotte and steps away from restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. It's also conveniently located near top attractions such as the NASCAR Hall of Fame (3.5 miles), Discovery Place Science (3.5 miles), Carowinds Amusement Park (16 miles), Billy Graham Library (10 miles), U.S. National Whitewater Center (14 miles), Spectrum Center (3 miles), SouthPark Mall (6 miles), Bank of America Stadium (3.5 miles), Camp North End (5 miles), NoDa (4 miles), Plaza Midwood (3.5 miles), and Freedom Park (5 miles). No driveway or street parking is available, and vehicles will be towed. No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, extended vans, or boats are permitted. Parking is at your own risk, so please secure valuables and lock your vehicle. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and if noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and if a smoke detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests must dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters, and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of our core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 1820 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Includes a dedicated standing desk, perfect for remote work.
