Off-site amenities include free access to a gym, Emancipation Park with tennis, basketball, and baseball courts, and a kids' park. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 extra fee. All guests must be registered, with a $50 fee per unauthorized guest.
